The Apartments
The Patricia Suite
A 2 bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment, when fully open. Spanning the entire top floor of the old 12 bedroom hotel.
Situated at the top of the building, the heavenly living area of the Patricia Suite benefits from a beautiful vaulted ceiling dripping with gold chandeliers. On sunny days, the south-facing living area is bathed in sunlight for most of the day.
The kitchen is well equipped and has; a built-in oven and microwave. Integrated dishwasher and also washer-dryer.
The main bathroom and the en-suite are both shower only. So, if you’re looking for a bath, the Elise Suite on the middle floor might be more what you’re looking for, as the main bathroom has a 14-jet spa bath.
The Elise Suite
A 2 bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment, when fully open. Spanning the entire middle floor of the old 12 bedroom hotel.
Situated on the first, or middle, floor of the building, the character-rich living area of the Elise Suite benefits from a beautiful bay window, giving a grand feeling of space . On sunny days, the south-facing living area is bathed in sunlight for most of the day.
The kitchen; navy blue units with knurled gold handles and an exposed brick splashback, has; a built-in oven and microwave. Integrated dishwasher and also washer-dryer.
For bath lovers, the main bathroom has a 14-jet spa bath, with shower over the bath. Complimented by the stunning 2nd bathroom, en-suite to the 2nd bedroom.
The Joshua Suite
[Available from: 2nd April 2026]
A 2 bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment, when fully open. Spanning the entire ground floor of the old 12 bedroom hotel.
Situated on the ground floor of the building, the character-rich living area of the Joshua Suite benefits from a beautiful bay window and almost 3m high ceilings, giving a grand feeling of space. With a small outdoor seating area to the rear, via french doors off the kitchen. On sunny days, the south-facing living area is bathed in sunlight for most of the day.
The kitchen; a stunning black with knurled gold handles, has a built-in oven and microwave. Integrated dishwasher and also washer-dryer.
For bath lovers, the main bathroom has a 14-jet spa bath, with shower over the bath. Complimented by the stunning 2nd bathroom, en-suite to the 2nd bedroom.
Importantly, this apartment benefits from step-free access to all rooms.

About Us
We started our journey at the end of 2023, when we decided to buy this old run-down former hotel/guest house.
Okay, when we say run-down and former, it’s last use was as a cannabis grown….that’s right, a weed factory! A weed factory in the heart of central Blackpool!
Anyway, without a sense of smell (Covid?) we decided to embark on a massive refurbishment of the building, kind of in line with Blackpool Council’s wider vision to improve the type and quality of holiday/hotel provision across the resort.
So, what did we actually do?
Essentially a new roof across the entire building. Over 25 new windows replaced/installed. Gutting and internal re-configuration across all 3 floors. Oh, and we made a new front door! So, a bit more than a light-touch refurb…
The apartments are personally named, from top to bottom: The Patricia Suite (after my late mother), The Elise Suite (after my daughter) and the Joshua Suite (after my son).
The living/dining/kitchen areas of each suite have been designed to individually deliver a different visual experience.
We have a saying which goes back over 20 years, “the last piece of work I do, should be the best piece of work I’ve ever done.”
We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we enjoyed giving what was a tired old building a new lease of life.
